I was near Sanibel when they were doing beach restoration. They pump the sand from the ocean up on the beach to restore the beach. A huge pipe carries sand, live crabs, fish, shrimp and HUGE seashells up on the shore. I brought home hundreds of pieces of dead coral and huge shells that weren't broken. Some where one foot by one foot in size. It was so exciting to see them flowing out of the end of the pipe and it was just me there to grab them all up!
